By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of the Services, immediately.
  • Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion. 3. About the Service

  • South West Scheduled Maintenance Planner is an educational support program providing resources and opportunities to connect students with local industry and businesses, career pathways, employment information, and skill development.

You acknowledge and agree that the accounts offered, and their features may change over time, and may be governed by specific terms that apply to the account. Where special account-specific terms apply, you will be informed, and must accept those terms before gaining access. These Terms apply unless otherwise agreed or amended by account-specific terms.
  • Some accounts may be governed by a separate Software Licensing Agreement with Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance, which may amend the terms of use. For clarity, these Terms apply unless otherwise agreed or amended by the terms of an applicable Software Licensing Agreement.

4. Acceptable Use of the Service

  • South West Scheduled Maintenance Planner, its related features, and the Website must be used lawfully. Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or deny access to users who:
    • Engage in any act that disrupts the access, availability, and security of South West Scheduled Maintenance Planner and other Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance services, including but not limited to:
      • Tampering with, reverse-engineering, or hacking servers.
      • Modifying, disabling, or compromising South West Scheduled Maintenance Planner’s performance.
      • Overwhelming infrastructure by imposing an unreasonable load on systems.
      • Compromising the integrity of the system, including probing, scanning, and testing for vulnerabilities unless expressly permitted by Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance.
  • Use the service for illegal purposes, violate any laws, or engage in prohibited conduct, including stalking, harassment, or misrepresentation.

7. Subscription to Use the Service

  • To access South West Scheduled Maintenance Planner, you must first purchase a subscription via the Website and pay the applicable fee for the selected subscription. 
  • In purchasing the Subscription, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure the Subscription is suitable for your use. Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel subscriptions in instances where Subscribers do not meet the requirements for the intended use of the Portal, or breach the Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions. 
  • During registration, you may be required to provide personal information (e.g., identification, contact details), including name, email, and payment information. You warrant that all information provided to Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance will be accurate, correct, and up to date.

8. Payments

  • Subject to the terms of any applicable Software License Agreement, payments for subscriptions may be made using all methods available on the Website, which may change over time.
  • Payments may involve third-party applications and services not operated by Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance. Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance is not liable for losses or damages resulting from third-party payment applications. By using these, you agree to their terms and conditions.
  • You acknowledge and agree that if a payment request is denied by your financial institution or unpaid for any other reason, you are liable for any costs associated with the Subscription.

9. Refund Policy

Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance will only provide refunds of the Subscription Fee if it cannot continue to provide the Services or if management deems it reasonable under specific circumstances. The refund will be proportional to the unused portion of the Subscription Fee.

10. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Website, the Services, and related products are subject to copyright. Unless otherwise indicated, Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance or its contributors own or control all rights (including copyright) in the Services and compilation of the Website.  Bunbury Geographe Economic Alliance grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:

  • Use the Website in accordance with the Terms.
  • Copy and store the Website’s non-personal content in your device’s cache memory.
  • Print pages for personal, non-commercial use, excluding any content that includes personal data. Any personal data, including information relating to minors, may not be printed, shared, or otherwise distributed.
